A new route to tech leadership
We go beyond traditional tech backgrounds
You don’t need a computer science degree for a career in tech.
We select for potential over experience in a degree-agnostic process – some of our most high-flying graduates are career switchers, or have degrees in social science and the creative arts.
We go beyond traditional tech outcomes
Leaders work with both technology and people.
We invest in your long-term leadership trajectory – focusing on complementary technology and people skills for you to become a builder and leader of products, teams and companies.
We're looking for aspiring technologists across the UK, Spain and Poland
Join us in Hatfield, Krakow, or Barcelona.
Our training is remote-first, but if successful you will be based in an Ocado Technology team in either Hatfield (UK), Krakow (Poland) or Barcelona (Spain).
