The first delivery of Recode Your Career, designed to select and train high-potential Software Engineers, is in progress across the UK, Spain, and Poland.

Over 500 candidates applied, to participate in the first delivery of Recode Your Career, uncovering pockets of hidden tech talent inside and outside the business. 

Through traditional pathways into Ocado Technology, this talent pool would have remained undiscovered and untapped.

Some of the final candidates selected have been with the company for 10+ years, while others are joining Ocado for the opportunity to retrain, bringing valuable expertise from the world of FMCG, education, and consulting.
